How to Pour a Can-Conditioned Beer

Many of our brews are naturally can-conditioned. Can-conditioning is a process that helps give a beer nice and soft carbonation. We do this by leaving a small amount of sugar and yeast in the beer right before packaging. This addition allows the beer to referment inside the can, preserving the quality and enhancing the flavour.

This process creates some sediment in the brews. That's why we put together a short video on how to properly pour a can-conditioned beer. Enjoy!
