This beer was brewed with our good friends at Avling Brewery, located in the east end of Toronto. We brewed this beer on a cold day in the middle of January, with the warmth of spring and summer on our minds. Kellerbier translates to "celler beer" and is an unfiltered, unpasteurized German style lager originating from Franconia, Bavaria. After spending months quietly lagering away in our cellar, the time is finally here to enjoy the fruits of our labour. Time truly was the distance.
